Gluten-free rainbow pancake mix. Makes 12-14 naturally colorful pancakes. Artificial dye-free, non-gmo, plant-based colors, and no hydrogenated oils.

• Organic white rice flour, organic cane sugar, organic potato starch, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate,sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate),sea salt, xanthan gum. Pink color: maltodextrin, beet powder, blue color: maltodextrin, spirulina extract, yellow color: maltodextrin, turmeric.

• Split dry mix (approx 1 1/4 cup) into 3 medium-sized bowls. Add 1 color packet to each bowl and blend dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix milk, oil, and eggs. Add equal parts liquid ingredients (under 3/4 cups) to bowls of dry mix and blend with a whisk or hand mixer. Use low heat on skillet and do not overcook.
