Basic Preparation- Combine 1 cup Mediterranean Pilaf with 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter in a 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving.
